dividends would mean an early retirement for me. given the size of my holding, even a 1 cent dividend would be close to half my yearly wage. say a 1 cent dividend at 2% yield per annum. that means a share price of 50 cents. at that price my house is paid for, and my portfolio is seriously into 7 digit value for a nominal outlay.
