fair point you make and your probably right. ASX listed shares are now a moot point to some extent.

There are probably many ways this plays out but here's my thinking on their strategy.

Management have lost the confidence of ASX investors over the last few years with a range of missteps, failures and delays. This has lead to a depressed share price and there fore expensive capital to fund growing forward. They need to reset and move to a capital pool that will potentially allow them to access cheaper capital - i.e the Nasdaq

What we do know is patient numbers in July were ~ 4000. The IDTF business was monitoring about 2000 per month before covid, so with 6 additional hospitals adding ~2000 additional patients or about 300 per hospital. We also know that they are on boarding potentially about 10 or so hospitals as of the 4C update. At an average of 300 patients per hospital that's potentially another 3000 patients for the IDTF per month.

Average revenue is 197$ per patient monitored - and I'm not sure whether the PRIZMA and patch value add are in these numbers that there is potential to increase the numbers but anyways - probably irrelevant at this juncture.

    So - 4000 x $197 is $US788,000 per month or US$2.364mio per quarter.

At 7000 patients it's US$4.137mio per quarter or US$16.5 ish per year.

    at a 10x rev multiple that's US$165 market cap.

I'm not sure what kind of multiple we'll get but these numbers into an IPO should help get the market cap up. I'd suggest they'd look to raise around USD 15mio for growth and acquisition and at that price it isn't too dilutive. a lot of unknowns here but that's what I suspect will play out over the next 6 months.

additionally - are they waiting on the transfer to the NASDAQ to finalise NMPA and submit data as they will need a substantial amount of capital to start a new business in China -

just some thoughts for the weekend
