The whole class action thing is mental. They are claiming that MSB misled shareholders due to the FDA report, but the AdCOM voted overwhelmingly in favor of proof of efficacy. Price dipped on the report from FDA (nothing to do with Mesoblast) then rebounded all within a week.
What am I missing?
