I looked at Minc. I seem to recall that both Minc and Trader dealer were set up better for traders who trade in and out of a stock multiple times per day. Also both Webiress.
Amscot also has this option (multi trades), but as I never buy and sell the same stock more than once on any given day, I opted for their value brokerage which starts at under $15.
