    I only just read the announcement of a few days ago about the re-financing. VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!

    Goldman is already in the money US$10 million on the options, has $2.5 to $10 million coming by way of redemption payment, US$ funding is at 12% per annum initially rising to 15% and they get more options in July 2009.

    Eye watering stuff!
