not sure if this has been discussed on HC lately and i may well be showing my ignorance here, but what are the advantages of being listed only in Australia and not dual listed on US stock exchange as well?
wouldnt that have opened up easier funding opportunities for them?
and what advantage or disadvantages come from remaining solely ASX listed?
if dual listed, how does trade in US impact on trading price in AUS
