I think their needs to be a lead plaintiff that is the front man if you like that deals with the solicitors and keeps all other holders informed. Someone levelheaded and that has the time to commit as it is a weighty task. We have a very capable legal person in ChillingOut who would probably have some good advice. I have been thinking of asking ISX's Lawyers if the could reccomend someone to at least get the ball rolling. I think but don't know that ISX would need to win its case before any class action would stand a chance of being funded but there is no reason we could not get organised well beforehand. I do think it needs to be discussed now after the shock of the extent that ISX has been hurt in growing our investment. As a long term investor in ISX,WBT,LNU,BUD and EGR I find myself unable to use any part of my capital in ISX which at just a moderate $3 valuation in light of Fridays announcement would put my ISX in the 7 figure bracket. I have charted what I believe to be a period of explosive growth for all but EGR but think it is not too far away either. Not being able to invest in those companies now that my strategy of selling 25-35% of my ISX investment at $3 will if I am correct cost my family many million of dollars. I think ASX should be held to account if Judge Davis finds ISX has proved it was unfairly suspended.
