    Yes, the first tranche shares were issued on the 5th August.
    See Appendix 2A issued on that day.
    Tranche 2 is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM to be held on 17th September.
    SPP shares expected to be issued on 15th September (Closing Date 9th September).
    Maximum number of shares that can be issued in the SPP is:
