hey Iwatchall, have to remember its onl a "MOU" until the deal is done & money in bank, but agree once done should bring more confidence, directors dont have a good repuation with MPJ & MLI both capitulating this year so would more be a trader then investor in this stock, apart from that strength building looks as .04's achievable shortly...
