Does anyone know if this cap raise requires shareholder approval ? or correct me on my understanding below.

The April 2020 placement to an unnamed investor capped out the total amount the company was allowed to issue in a calendar year without shareholder approval. I believe this was 10% of total share capital on issue?

If this is the case surely this cap raise requires shareholder approval and given the current timing I feel it's highly likely of either a) a reasonably attractive rights issue for existing holders b) a major insto coming on board as a major step to building sconi.
