SPP - How many new shares for each old share?, page-39

I applied for the SPP today.

I looked at this again, and I still think my original analysis (first post above) is about right. (In summary, the most you can expect is one new share for every 11 you held before, but probably a bit less.)

Expressed as a percentage, that is 9% or a bit less. There may be exceptions to this, as these SPPs give boards complete discretion, and this is not advice, it simply my view.

In any event, I applied accordingly. This SPP has just become more valuable, to state the obvious, given share price movements today. Expect a huge oversubscription.
