Yep, had COE not been so arrogant, obnoxious, inept and in your face they would likely have gotten every share TPA has as well as what they scooped up, and been sitting in the mid 40's right now.

Not sure what to do with my remaining now, not a bad investment, but not the no-brainer it was when I bought around $1 nearly a year and two dividends ago. One of my best buys of 08, in that it more or less held it's value. But what was a screaming buy with oil over 100 and rising hardly is with oil in the 40's and the whole market on much lower PEs as well.

On the other hand the COE and TPA interest kind of reduces the downside risk, Gazprom tactics emphasise the gas value, and poo can surely only have upside.

I could go either way on this.
