    And now rumour has it CBH will cut production at PEM's BH op.(what they really mean is sack staff) now this takes money so with what little CBH has left after all this where will CBH get more cash from when theirs runs out,dilute the minority pem holders(further) in the new(what you want) merged CBH/PEM co. then there's that figure of what $10 odd million pa in interest, Geez then there's that massive debt. due in three years.
    So no matter what option i take i'm looking down a barrel,
    until anyone can truly say what as an PEM holder i'll gain by siding with CBH(not interested in as some say selling the farm,pem has dog management etc.) What i want to know is whats in it for me?What is it that CBH has that i need?
    Until then i'll take my chances with the chinese.
