Hi mate, no dont think this will derail the delisting, it may have an effect on the IPO price and subsequent dilution. The IPO will be subject to a range of factors, including, company guidance, investor sentiment, underwriters appetite, book build, timing, marketing, sector sentiment etc
Id say they'll get the guidance up towards de-listing in terms of patient numbers, gives the market easy insight into revenue numbers before going dark for a period whilst trying to get the revenue numbers as high as possible. Then it will be down to investor appetite and a comparison to other companies in the same sector to really determine IPO price among other things.
Hard to really get a gauge on it or predict it, but if the patient numbers do lead to a subsequent significant rise in revenue, then it is likely the market cap at IPO will not be $AUD35mio
