A total of 640M traded, representing ~75% of total shares outstanding turned over. Only one thing can be interpreted from that $450K trade - thats the last of the instos shares.
You dont dump like that with shares left behind, you offload slowly (as we saw him do this morning) then at the end of your holding where 10-15% of instos shares remain you dump. The selling we are seeing now are scared hands I believe, not the original seller.
Perfect time to buy more sub 3.
