    Its Orbis and they are doing the rounds of the REITs at the moment. If you have time you should have a look at their web site. Speaks volumes about what they are looking to do now and where the REIT market is at the moment.

    Also worth a mention is their holding in IEF 20+%, another Aus based REIT to look at.
