"Someone" put in a 2 mil sell order at 0.42. I suspect that order would dissapear after the AGM as it's pretty much just a ceiling to keep the price below 40c until the AGM happens. I could be wrong, but this is what other people suggested here too. IMO the next 2-3 weeks would be a good opportunity for a top up, but let's wait and see.
