No, that ain't so, stocks and property are risky investments. If used correctly then as you say, the returns will be greater than gold. Just using the returns doesn't account for everything, otherwise we would all own tulip backed cryptos! Imagine the returns, I might be onto something, I promise I will only create 21 million, (the first time round).
