Yes, for now it is hard to believe. But even though money has been printed and sent to the vaults, it hasn't made its way through the economy yet. The velocity of money exchanging hands is still at a snail's pace. Simply the under supply of money to where it's needed most is causing most assets values to fall due to massive loads of debt that has to unwind.
