There is 'peaceful co-exsistence' in some parts of Egypt. i.e. in Parts where taxes for Christians are higher than that for neighbouring Muslims otherwise its not so peaceful.
I think the question should be more direct:
Where in the world do non-muslims hold appropriate percentages in government corresponding to their portion of the population?
If muslims cant/wont live under non-muslim ministers, how can the live peacefully next to Israel?
