I wanted to double check my understanding of the SPP conditions that stated up to 69m shares could be issued under the current SPP BRB has on offer. I had in mind the restrictions on issued capital under rules 7.1 and 7.1a.
However, it appears LR 7.1 and 7.1a don't apply. You can read the details here:https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2020C00262 and here:
Quite a surprise to me.

So, potentially, $16m could be raised in the SPP even though $3m has been targeted. It will be interesting to see how 'oversubscribed' the SPP will be.
All the best,
Perdy
