I'm a little concerned about Trump's spruiking of convalescent plasma and what effect it may have on our own pending C-19 results.

By the time that results are released, the US general public will be so tired and skeptical of any further treatments, that they just may shun the pending great news, especially when the misinformed and prejudiced far right learn of our 'stem cells' as the new cure, and consider it a scientific monstrosity. Not that such concerns hold water, when informed people know that there is no debate on this topic when comparing adult to embryonic stem cells. Naturally, the good in this case will soon be realized, but probably not before the anti-stems will have their (last) word.

Of course, the doctors know better, and once adopted as primary care for moderate and severe ARDS in C-19, the results will speak from on high for themselves. The silver lining from any anti-stem condemnation (and it will come), will be that the truth of their medicinal ability thanks to C-19, will bring the treatment in better focus.

Regardless, I bet that there will be still some fools who will reject using them, even from their deathbeds, because of their misinformed judgment. Their bad.

Anyway, less we forget:
