Mr Anthony Buckingham has been formally appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group’s Gold
Operations, a role he has been performing on an interim basis over the past 12 months. Mr Buckingham is
an experienced mining engineer with a proven track record. As COO, Anthony will take on full responsibility
and accountability for the continued growth and success of the Gold Operations. He will report directly to


Group CEO, Ms Fullarton.
