It's the last of this funds shares, I believe there was the 7.5M plus another 12M on close yesterday hovering. Soaking this morning before they exhaust their shares and then nothing's holding this back.
So it is a real order wanting to be sold - which is why everyone's clambering to get them in premarket for so cheap.
