Does anyone on this thread read the papers?

U R right in buying shares at the current prices though economic conditions are set to worsen with unemployment hitting 7.2% in the US.

If you want to know how CNP is doing look at the Retail Sales figures for each country every month.

Australia is the lower amount of their income and US being higher. US is in dire trouble!

I would not be bullish about CER share price going above 20 maybe 30 before June.

However I am holder and purchased some Friday and may look to pickup more on Monday but I have no intention on holding long term. Maybe two weeks tops.

Centro themselves have put a value on CNP of 13cents and CER would be around the same I would imagine.

They can keep profits and not pay dividends as asset write downs and payments to banks for refinancing costs will hurt payout to shareholders.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel but imagine not til we see an uptick in retail sales.

    Good Luck for next week.
