Vouchers/discounts add an incremental value. This is great, and likely worth more than the COD alone.

10x or 5x or 25x is BS right now? What might be more likely to impact SH return is at what stage a partnership could be negotiated - wait till P3 results? Who would be quickest at getting the drug to market in the case that it works?
