Twenty four hours gives analysts (often burning the midnight oil) the time to fully digest the result. I know the market is up and a further announcement made today seems favourable, but the price rise provides some confidence to those who feel they are a bit in the dark understanding what the OBL financial statements really mean for the health of the company.

It is particularly encouraging in light of the recent decline in the OBL price leading up to the profit announcement. This suggested the result may not be good.

To me, it looks like a very strong result which as yet is not fully reflected in the bottom line. It should be understood that much profit from the early funds is there but remains a work in progress, as yet not hitting the bottom line.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I also hold other litigation funders (Manolete and LCM) and I find their results are easier to digest.
