Every loan agreement has covenants or conditions that must be met.
And, why are you calling it a "revised package"? It is the same loan facility that AJM have sought relief from. They are in the process of seeking bids for a new facility and, I can guarantee, that facility will have loan conditions/ covenants/ performance targets (call them what you want).
If this is what you truly believe then you really should seek the assistance of a finance professional when trying to understand corporate finance matters.

Due they receive ' extended ' waivers for those previous covenants hanging over the previous terms and conditions . At least until October. Don't you read. It's not relevant right now...... ie this very moment in time.....
