Right on Michinyon. If you were going to have a rights issue then don't say you are having an SPP. I believe this turning of an SPP into a defacto rights issue is without precedent.
Should we be asking ASIC if this is legitimate? Maybe a bit of pressure will get QBE to realize the immorality, if not illegality, of what they are doing.
I have been a fan of QBE for 15 years but this whole episode leaves a very sour taste in the mouth.
