Hi
I only started to look when you opened the thread so I am no expert on TM. I am unsure if they only use an app, but I am certain that ASX equities can only be traded on a phone app (a little unclear to me but I do think it is all phone based trading with MT5).
I do know the phone-up cost for a trade is $25.
