Well yes, but not much they can do about the timing of the pandemic is there?
Like I said debatable but you can see the logic of wanting to wait until the conditions for investment are improved. As I understand it the rental market in the US has taken a big hit - not sure how that translates into construction but you would think construction capital investment will be depressed for the time being.
