BOQ is basically basing just as is the XXJ, Both moving in tandem, below are both BOQ & XXJ, Normally with large parabolic falls it can base like this for years. IMHO once a vaccine is out around Nov the great recovery will begin in financials

BOQ, I have extended the the line from previous post (triangle failed) and it had a look above it today, would be good to see a move that sticks, another possible is a A,B,C correction which if the rise continues would bring about $8
