My guess... if you have more than 50,000 shares you get 100% of what you applied for, less than 50,000 shares and you get nothing.
Maybe that's just me being hopeful.
More money in the bank means more runway, more staff, more advertising, more room for error... they'd be mad to say no to the extra funds?!
