You say it but you don't demonstrate it. Is this Dragota not a 26-year-old gamer named in the ISX filings? Does his company on a gaming platform virtually filled with "worldwide fraud networks" not use the same Marshall Islands outfit as Nona Capital?
The question posed in my first post in this thread remains very interesting. What is ISX's game here as winning this case (and over coming ASIC who are quietly waiting the wings with an investigation collecting transaction data from Visa Europe) seems unlikely. So if a win isn't likely, then what is JK trying to accomplish?
