    Given current scenario I like the sound of option 'b' - but rather than buying I'd sell to someone who would pay that much to recoup funds lost due to current SP.

    Minority holders who participated in recent CR are already at a loss. Whilst lowering one's average and lowering the underwriter's access to shares, it's still a loss overall.
