This is a new technology - a new software - that attempts to solve a 2 trillion dollar problem according to the CEO.

If you are investing in this company, do you do it at:

a) No money - seed/idea stage ? Private investment - family, friends.
b) At seed raising, pre float ? Banking on float price to cover initial investment - 75 cents IPO for ID8.
c) Evidence of recurring revenue, cash at bank ($3.8 million raised this year) and product market fit (use of software in the market) - currently where ID8 is at.
d) Cash flow positive - sustainable business.

Pre Mastercard, entry available 9 cents - 19 cents.
After Mastercard, entry available 23.5 cents - 49 cents.

After John Rayment has entered, R & D spend has diminished massively and a new sales focus has been employed with a new contract already - Mastercard.
