Total issued FPO shares as at 25 August 2020 was 851 million, @$2.49 gives a market cap of $2.12 billion. Where did that $2.35 billion market cap come from? Even if you add the extra 49 million shares to be issued on 14 Sep 2020 that will only give you a market cap of $2.24 billion, still $110 million short from the quoted $2.35 billion market cap.
