20 million seems significant to me.

The market sets the price and the volume. If you say it is worth 40c then you hold on if you can afford to hold on. If you have made 100% profit and you are happy to sell, then you sell. People have all sorts of reasons for buying and selling, you have yours , I have mine. That is what the market is all about. There are too many on CER discussion that are putting in useless small talk. It smothers those that have usefull information. Until finance problems are sorted out then CER is a spec stock and will attract speculators. Accept it.
