IMO the future of puntland's oil lays in the hands of Lucas Lundin, who seems to have a passion for philanthropy, so why would he let the work done by range be jeopardised leaving australian investers (who took a risk like himself)swindled out of their money. I think Farole is pro australian too concidering his history here, but understandably can't admit it to his helpless and confused puntlanders. he must be the (all critical) pro puntlander.
