Qube's Moorebank sale a '50/50' chance: JPMorganSarah Thompson, Anthony Macdonald and Tim Boyd - AFR today.
Qube's Moorebank freight hub in south-west Sydney. That's according to analysts at JPMorgan, who reckon the chance of a sale getting away has "declined to 50/50 from highly likely", in a note penned in the wake Qube's full-year results on Tuesday.If Qube can't offload the Moorebank intermodal freight facility, then the company would eventually be forced to recapitalise, the analysts said.
Didn't realise that would have to happen - couldn't they just slow their Capex down....
