I still think its a fairly ridiculous theory! I doubt Hersi would have paid the $5000 fee to run if he was planning to give it away.
Some interesting developments though, funny how GO is now happily saying that "rooms erupted in applause" at outgoing Hersi's mention of oil deals being honoured by the new administration. Maybe Farole will have no choice but to give the people what they want..?
