Would prefer the Short level to be under 10. The fact remains Myer has not been able to get rent reductions and this is restricting the price going up . Covid still has at least a year to go before Vaccinations are available , and even then they maybe 70% effective. If Myer want to sell more online it's going to need to invest in infrastructure to support this. Most of the stuff they send out comes from their stores. Its inefficient.
