    You are probably right Alex, but if this news was available then there would be buying happoening now, no matter whether it is one day or one month before the announcement.

    You know that it is impossible to keep the sort of news you are inferring is available quiet, and there have been no other rumours that I am aware of indicating a massive reserve.

    Perhaps your interpretation is incorrect - these surveys are not infalible?
