    Hi Blythefan,

    Yes you are right, but the most disappointing thing here is that it was only a proposal. NKWE don't have to accept so the offer could be even lower yet.

    I think most are a little frustrated that the deal could have been done along time ago at a higher price and this is just another delay/string along.
