I guess with 1.6 billion shares on issue one really huge advantage for the share price hitting such low levels would be the fact that fewer share holders are needed to own this company.
eg back in it's peak i would have never imagined owning so many shares in this company as it would have cost me 2.2 million dollars.
but at 3-4c it's a no brainier. 3-4c downside risk, 50c+ upside.
