I'd expect the SP to fall in that scenario. Considering MGX is giving away a further 10% under off-take and rolling forward hedge book, not likely to be big profits in FY09 and FY10. At long term Fe US$60/t and AUD at $0.7 I figure MGX is worth about $0.5. If Fe was US$80/t then MGX would be worth about a $1. GSJBW are forecasting Fe at US$64 for 09.
