There's still a few days more before the SPP at .031 closes. Until then, most holders won't buy above that level and there's not a lot of prospective new holders yet as VMS is still a small cap with relatively little broker coverage. The attention will come when the share price rises next week, following the closure of the SPP. IMHO. DYOR.
