It is pretty evident that he disposed of his shares for one of two reasons -

1. As pointed out previously, he is sitting on a massive profit (300%+) since acquiring the shares, he was simply cashing out in a very liquid market (you'd be crazy not to)
2. He is making way for a new CEO - I personally think this is less likely, the company is in no rush to recruit.

What is amazing is that 100,000,000 shares were disposed of and the SP remained stable. I've never seen anything like it. It really goes to show the market would confidence in this gem.

Sentiment: Absolutely mad to be selling.
