For many reasons, same thing happened to a2m with a director needing to sell into liquidity for personal tax reasons etc. It went down abit, then continued to explode.
Directors don't understand share prices as they aren't in the business of trading shares, but this is technically better to see than an insto selling as an insto should understand the current share price value better?
