This reminds me of VCR 3/3/2004 ....
.... VCR appeared to be forming a nice consolidation triangle ready for the next run-up, then in a general market sell-off it dropped 35% in one week.
Within a week of the shake-out it was pretty well back up where it started.
In the next five months it increase five-fold from it's 72c low up to $3.76.
I'm holding ... PCL could quite easily do the same ...
